If you have been a customer of our before then you will know the process below, but if you are new to us then please take time to read the process of how we at Superior Design work.
When you visit our showroom you will be able to view selection of our best selling ranges. Once we have established what sort of products you have in mind we can then begin to formulate some ideas to turn your ideas into your dream Kitchen, Bathroom or Bedroom.
While you are in the showroom we will arrange with you a suitable time to come and view the room(s) that you are looking to refurbish. Once on site we will take all necessary measurements and also some images for later reference as we put your design together.
No one likes to feel pressured when there are important decisions to be made and with that in mind we will never sit in your home designing your project for hours at a time. We do all of the design & quotation work in the showroom leaving you free to go about your daily business. Once your plans & quotation are ready we will contact you to arrange an appointment for you to come back to the showroom and discuss the designs we have produced.
When you return to the showroom we will discuss the plans with you and make any alterations that you desire. Once you are happy with the design we will then go through the itemised specification list for the project with you and explain what we have included in the quotation for you.
Hopefully we will have produced a design (and a price) that fits with your ideas, once everything is agreed we can look at booking in your project for a time that suits you.
Unlike many companies we do not take full payment upfront from you. We ask for a 30% deposit at the point of order, you do not make any further payments until the works begins at your home. At this point we take an interim payment but you are still in possession of the final payment until all work is completed and you are happy to sign the work off with us.
