We recently purchased a toilet seat from Superior Design and while this may only seem a small thing that we could have got from any store, in actual fact that wasn't the case. We wanted something that matched in well with our existing suite which had been fitted for some time and were struggling to find the right thing. Martin at Superior was really helpful. He gave us options to match in and was really helpful with the sizing and screw fittings etc. We have been able to replace the seat with something that matches perfectly!

Friendly, helpful and professional advice followed up with great service to the end! Martin spent lots of time offering advice, comparing products and helping us design and measure for three bathrooms that were being fitted as part of a big building project. Although the bathrooms were being fitted as part of the building work Martin gave us his full attention and helped us every step of the way, beyond just selling us a product. He ensured the suites we bought would be both pleasing to the eye and practical. We were thrilled with the bathrooms and most importantly the service we received.

Martin and his team did an amazing job when they fitted 2 new bathrooms and a kitchenette in our nursery recently. They are very professional and worked extremely hard to get the job done on time. We had a great response from parents and staff about the new bathrooms and have booked them in again for February to fit a new bathroom for our pre school unit.

I have to vote for Martin and his team at Superior Design for their exceptional service. They replaced a broken shower tray for me a few months ago. It wasn't an easy job to fit into the existing area, but they did an excellent and speedy job. A short time after it was fitted the sealant needed re-doing in a couple of areas - not a fault on the workmanship, just part of it all setting in to the existing tiling and doors, so I contacted Martin and he sent his plumber around to sort it out, without any quibble or delay.

Organised all the workers that fitted our bathroom that still looks great. A good service was offered when the lights went on our mirror. They couldn't get us a replacement unit so got us a whole new unit. Little things like that make a difference, and that's why it's better to shop with local independent businesses.

I first used Superior Design in 2009 to refurbish my kitchen. They then did my bathroom and cloakroom. Then I moved and I got them back to do kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes in two bedrooms and fitted cupboards in the study. Eight jobs altogether. Enough said!

We recently had our loft space converted and purchased the bathroom suite from Superior Design. The service we experienced was extremely friendly and efficient. We gave them our measurements and they advised of the best suite to suit our requirements. We needed to swap the shower tray as the original ended up being too deep but this was a painless task. From entering the shop, we were left to look and wander, but, when needed, we were given helpful advice without feeling pressured. All stages of work were planned in the shop, from removing the old kitchen to installing the new plastering, tiling, electrics and flooring. It was organised like a military operation.
